bumping this old thread. looking for part number for the e90 headlight repair kit. i think the number in this thread is for e92/93.

I found these clips for the e90

63117175227
63117175228
63117175229
63117175230

But they appear to be only the clips that mount on the tabs, not the tabs themselves.

Bumping this old thread to share that these clips do an amazing job of fixing my shakey headlamps caused from broken clips. It comes with 2 clips per package. Each headlamps will require 2. Once fixed you can't even tell that it's been modified unless you know what you're looking for.

Hi

i know this is an old thread but im really hoping you see this and can help. How do i go about fitting the repair kit? Does the headlight have to be removed from the car or can it be fitted with the headlight still attached?

Many Thanks

E90 have two different headlights type
-ZKW
-Valeo same tabs for E84
and tabs are different for this lights. Each sold separately and without screws, made from metall.

I do it from plastic with OEM screws. It's work more than 3 years for Valeo headlights

e92 also different tabs and cheap

Where do the plastic tabs come from? The OE sedan repair tabs don't even include screws.

Anyone repair the tab on the underside of the headlight?

Tabs from bulb cap

On my E91 the previous owner broke off a tab from the bulb cap (on both headlights). I now have moisture in my headlights. Is there a repair kit for these also?

This is great info thanks! This was a hard find.

Are those 3d printed? Any chance you know where I can get the STL's for those?

Thanks
