If made in ABS plastic,the mold cost will be ALOT more than FRP so i guess atlease 25+ ppl joining is needed.

We had been using extra layer of FRP on our products and doesn't seems to have any problems with it. As long as it's done correctly,it shouldnt be any problems.

For Plastic its going to need quite a few people in the 30 neighborhood to make it cost effective.

We are very good with the fiberglass however, and are sticklers for a clean fitting product.

I'm not seeing the difference in this lip. Looks a lot like the stock bumper to me. What am I missing?
And do you have a number on how much I can expect to pay if you produce them?

the oem style splitters connect in the middle.

Its a lot like the OEM splitters, then fill in the middle open space with a continuous lip. Very clean look, im going to run it too lol
