Here's some more updates of the progress of my e91.
The main change is the alloys which have been refurbed in dark shadow chrome and wrapped in some new P-zeros so the ride is much nicer than the Bridgestone run flats. I've also fitted some white angel eyes and had my private plate fitted. Not much else planned at the moment just general maintenance over the next few months. Nice E91. The refurbished wheel color goes well with the color of the paint. How have the p-zeros been, I had them on my E90 when I bought it and I couldn't wait to get rid of them, they were terrible in the wet.

Thanks mate, tbh I haven't tested them in the wet because it some how hasn't rained since I've had the fitted haha. But compared to the Bridgestone runflats I had these are 100 times better! Thankfully the harsh ride has basically been cured.

Nice mods. Looks like you've got a PE too. Must sound great! Were you aware it was fitted?

Good spot it does have a PE fitted, it was fitted by the previous owner and I don't think it was even broken in when I first got the car. I'm happy with the noise it makes, even though it's no where near has loud as I thought it would be but for me I would say it's perfect for a daily wagon. |

I did get the BMW rubber mat for the dog. Its very usefull. You do loose easy access to the storage space underneath, but frankly being able to just tip out all the stuff the dog carries with him out of the boot its fab! Now if only the little blighter would stay there Its an English Coker Spaniel so of course he's figured out how to climb between the net and back window onto the comfy leather rear seats... damn clever dog. Did you put leather even on the boot floor? |

I also have the BMW fitted mat and a custom cover that covers that whole boot so no dirt is getting to the carpet at all, so I didn't need a leather cover for the whole boot thankfully just the tailgate. Have you not looked into one of the metal fitted dog guards? it's what I have so there is not a chance that my rottie can get though. It also frees up some boot space as well because that parcel shelf has to come out. |

And I'm good with the Hoover apparently... TBH he did the same thing in the Z3 Coupe. Now he's got used to be in the back. For the E91, its only when I leave him alone in the car. He like to take my seat little sh(ster!!! Still I' can't complain he's caught mice and rats in the garden so he does his job. Can you take out the metal grill easily? I quite like the fact that the mesh separator/ parcel sheft roller thingy clips behind the front when the rear sseats are folded down. |

Yeah its easy to remove, just have to push the seats forward and unscrew the blots which is easy because you don't need any tools just your hands. At least he earns his keep, mines a couch potato unless I have a tennis ball ready to throw. |

Looking good. Nice to see you have left the subtle EVO & Goodwood Stickers on.
Tried to get another EVO Sticker and the 'concept' of Window sticker i.e. to go on inside of glass seemed alien. I had thought about getting the alloys done in the BMW Anthracite but thought it would be to close to Space Grey so good call on going a little darker. ( A nice set of 19" would look good on it ......) |

It works well, but the only pain in the backside is I need to find away to keep it stuck to the sides of the boot without glueing velcro to the carpet. I had the same cover in my 1 series which it did stick better because of the different material in the boot. IE 1 series has cheaper carpet. |

Yeah you're right the BMW anthracite (feric grey) didn't sit well against the space grey..... it was/would of been too much grey to handle IMO haha. lucky for me there is a good garage in Chichester for wheel refurbs and body work and they helped me pick by trying lots of there sample alloys next to the car. you're not wrong about the sticker, I've tried to get them in the past and could only find them for the outside which to me didn't seam right. |
