If I bought these snows I would need pre-lci tpms and have to have them installed. Which means unmounting remounting rebalancing. That will be 25 a tire...so I need the rims and tires, 4 tpms sensors, and then pay a shop to install them...

Etek what would you want for the 4 sensors? Any idea how old they are?

Yes, thats exactly what I have to do to install 2015 TPMS on my new set. I paid $850 and bought new TPMS for the set. I will have to unmount and remount which i cant imagine will cost anymore than $60 at a tire shop. Let me know if you want these. I should note, the TPMS installed on my new set right now are from a 2013 335, so i dont know if these would even work for you.

Is there any downside in driving without the TPMS (except the obvious "ding" when the pressure is low)? Will the display constantly show the flat tire symbol or will it never show up?

Can anyone chime in on whether these wheels and tires will fit on a 2011 328 sedan?

It will constantly show a warning. You can code out the tpms. I believe it then defaults and uses the abs wheel speed sensors to determine a low tire but don't quote me on that.
