I really don't think the wagner IC adds much, as I've said I've seen plenty of graphs from Stan at ecotune, regardless of figures it's the before and after that matters.

Remapped cars make around 330-340 being 280-290 standard, add a dpf removable 20-30 bhp, Egr delete doesn't make any power really but can help the quality and oil content of injested air.

Stage 2 370 odd, add a wagner IC around 5-10 bhp and improved Mpg.

Meth may add 10-15

Modified aftermarket exhausts - I can't see any real evidence of helping power, so getting towards 390 bhp with the above.

A hybrid 335d with turbo, Egr delete, wagner IC, dpf delete made around 425 odd on ecotune dyno.

Love to hear any dyno/data fmic off wagner IC - i can't see any!?

So I can see the full potential with hybrid turbo of a 335d 430 BHP at the very very most.

On a e46 330d a smaller diameter straight exhaust made power more power - so go figure.

That dyno graph looks bang on the me above based on what I've seen.

Meth can help CBU but can also eat seals/metal depending on concentrate, I've used an aem system on a previous car.

So you can see some of the figures banding around are bull shit.

My car was 280odd standard, with Egr off, dpf removal, remapped ended up 373/570 lb ft.

I need to have a sit down with you and understand more about tuning. How much is the charge pipe?
The charge pipe was about £80 here is a link to a place that sells them or contact forge directly:-
https://www.bmsport.com/product/forge-boost-hose-335d/

I had it fitted at Brystone BMW near Southampton an they even modified the lower clip to make it more secure where it mounts to the Wagner FMIC

I replace 2 sets of seals in 12 months since my remap and since using this Forge part it is as dry as a bone still........make sure you buy some stainless steel jubilee clips to replace the steel ones it comes with and buy a new lower seal too. The top ones come with the forge pipe as they are different to the BMW ones on the OEM fitment

Oh thisssssssssss - I already replaced mine with this exact hose 2 months back and had the sump gasket as well as rear main oil seal repalaced. But there's still some oil residue on the red boost pipe.

Done NOTHING on performance side mate. Just what I said in terms of red boost pipe replaced by the Forge Motorpsort one... rear main oil seal, sump gasket and a few oil services ..... pads and discs all round changed and that's it apart from general maintenance. I've had the car for 2.5 years and covered 20k miles. This year I've only covered about 5k since shes been sat on the drive most of the time as I worked in London and only had her out on weekends here n there.

Next year I want to step up power mods and unleash some raw power so lets see.

These 335d's respond so well to tuning. You won't regret it when your running 100bhp more than stock figures 😄
