Yes, these will remove one of the rubber bushings and replace it with a sealed bearing end and further reduce deflection.

Aftermarket toe arms will also help.

It looks like these bolts and nuts are one-time use. Do you know what bolts and nuts I need to get for this job, replacing these guide arms?

You will have to get those from the dealer.
