If I remember correctly, Koni used to run a sale in the month of April and the vendors would pass along the savings--do they still do that?

Yes, Koni is on sale now at 25% off the normal price. However, that does not apply to this private label shock specific to TCKR only.

Swift drop is about 1". BMW performance springs are 10mm.

are these measurements from regular suspension or m-sport suspension? also, how come there isn't this version for the front but only rears?

It is 1" from none sport.

Rear links are too short to have any affect.
