Just googled it... It is a shame it doesnt work on my older iDrive...

Maybe i can convince BMW tomorrow when my car goes in for a service if they can do something to upgrade my system as i believe my nav part of everything is causing problems....

Do you know if this is something that can be upgraded? or does the whole system need to be changed?

I am sorry to say that but BMW will not upgrade your iDrive even if you put your money on the table.

Actually we decided to get rid of the guide lines.
They were static so they were not really a benefit.
Now the picture is clean and sharp in the day light and at night!

I'm interested as well. Trying to decide between Alekshop's solution and this one. Definitely leaning toward Alekshop due to lack of pricing information over here. I also would be doing a self install due to my location.

It's possible to find a same backup camera for my car with CCC navi professional and factory hybrid tv tuner ?
I need the cam and the cable which is connected to the white connector on the factory tv tuner

I thinc the coding needed on the cappl is
