It can be shipped anywhere lol. I think its like a 1,000 to ship to the west coast. Plus the 4s wont be discounted for a while.

I am not interested in your 335is...I have one too. However, I was curious to know a few things (just being nosey - sorry). Hope you don't mind me asking...if so, please disregard my questions and best of success getting rid of your 335is. If not, here are a few questions and if they are too private, personal email messaging is fine.

1. Are you asking someone to take over your lease (sounds like it)? If so, will BMW financial (assuming they are the leasing company) allow you to do that?

2. If someone takes over your lease, will you still be responsible for the payments (if they bail) and/or any damage to the car after the lease is up? I know the question sounds silly.

3. Will BMW financial allow someone else to pay off your lease? In other words, will they accept a third party check?

4. Have you considered Swap-a-Lease (I think thats the company)?

5. And finally, if someone decides to buy it from you...who pays the sales tax?

The car is already on swapalease. The interested party would have to get approved by BMW Financial and then the car gets put in their name and its totally their responsibility and my name is removed. If someone would buy from me, I believe they would pay the sales tax
