It's not too bad TBH.
My plan was to buy M3 calipers and discs, but the set I wanted sold before I raised enough money for it.
These are cheap compared to the whole caliper and rotor set and therefore expandable.

Here is a picture from today, sorry bad lighting, but it's too soon to have a big groove in them. I really like the feel of them as well, or though I had cut discs before and I liked how they looked, so my next set will be cut and drilled again.

PS. some quick test on a dray day

Welcome to the N54(5) owners club!
It all depends on your power goals, type of fuel you want to run and budget.

My top 5 picks are:
1. Charge pipe with BOV or Diverter valve, stock BMW will breake if you push anywhere close to your Pure Stage 2 capabilities
2. Intercooler upgrade - 7'' or better for your new turbos
3. Air intake, including inlets and outlets if money allows
4. Downpipes
5. Sparkplugs

Now, bear in mind that to get most of your turbo upgrade you will still need to improve on fueling, TMAP sensor, engine cooling and more.

What is important is to have proper maintenance done, walnut blast intake valves if not done before and find a good tuner to safely extract performance from your car.

Have fun getting there!

I would suggest:
Index 12 injectors
New coilpacks
New spark plugs
upgraded charge pipe/recirc valves
Catless Downpipes
Upgraded intercooler
2" Inlet pipes
Intake
Stage 2 fuel pump upgrade
Better brakes
Better suspension

Im sure there is more

Looks like a fun car! What stage 2 fuel pump kit do you recommend? Need a bucket system.

This is some seriously impressive modding.

Really love the steps you致e done and the whole setup now.

I知 still tempted to go hybrids and meth but still unsure with the costs for how much I actually drive the car lol.

I initially went with Precision Raceworks Stage 2 bucket LPFP with 1 Walbro 450.
I can recommend that kit, as it came on time, all parts included, but modifying my own bucket was a bit of a pain ...
Still, it worked great and this kit can be easily upgraded with additional pumps.

You might want to also check out new Walbro 520 pumps as this would give you more capacity to spare at not so much higher cost.

Proper exhaust sound recording from GoPro camera.
This is only 1st and 2nd gear for now.
