I use the BMS Dual Cone intake. May I please see some more photos? I'd like to see if this brace will try to occupy the same real estate as the DCI.
Thanks,
Brad

A bump for the M3 strut tower brace kit.

It seems like many of you are having trouble with coilover kit's damping adjustment knob coming into contact with the oem brace. The M3 strut tower brace is the fix. Not only it is much stronger and give you a tighter front end, Turn-in will be more precise and quicker and you have a better feel of what the car's front end is doing.

will this reduce body roll? would you recommend this in addition to the m3 front sway bar? does doing the front sway bar mean you also have to install the M3 rear sway bar to even it out? what would be the simplest cheapest mod for reducing some body roll around long mid/high speed turns? i don't want to go with springs/struts because i'd like to keep standard ride height, just need to get rid of some of the lean side to side...

No, body roll is not reduced with these. Roll control is hanlded by the springs and anti roll bar.

Find the largest anti roll bar you can, but make sure you can a matching set to keep the handling somewhat balanced.

It shouldn''t be a problem to install this at home, no need to take it to a shop right?

I'm placing me order today.

More rigidity, better road feedback, quicker response to driver inputs and easy access to damper and camber plates adjustments if you have them.

neg camber

Just a note for those considering installing the M3 strut brace: it is secured to the strut towers via the studs from the strut mounts which the oe braces are not. Therefore, the M3 brace prohibits adding neg camber by removing the alignment pins from the oe strut mounts and moving them. I'm only able to get a max -.08d camber up front with the alignment pins removed, M3 wishbone links and BMW PS springs.
Having said that, HPA does provide the necessary conical nuts with this kit which other vendors may not.
