Terms that were apparently clearly stated on the posting. You had no right to try and re-negotiate terms after the fact.

Yeah he was insulting and rude, but he was in the right. You’ve gone and posted this up in multiple forums across the net. Never mind the thousands of customers who apparently received great service from this guy in the past. You want to everyone to define him by this one half-assed interaction.

What are you trying to hide? Why don't you post the ebay ad? From reading your post, I'd say you were at fault and didn't deserve the ebay refund. You pissed off the vendor by trying to not pay for shipping and the restocking fee.
