You see the $$$$$ signs rolling in your head and run with it!!!!! that product seems flawless. simple and not over done. if you take the gauge off and use the regulator on the compressor you could build one for probably $10 cheaper, but I would buy that just for the hassle-free aspect!

Blowing that pvc cap off while testing at 40 psi would be very exciting!

Last weekend, I changed items 2 and 3 from post #5's realOEM picture. That freekin' red hose is a PITA to get unclipped for removal. Thanks Yozh for talking me through via text. I know I need to convert over to different method of securing hose. I've held off as I continue to "chew on" the ATM IC group buy.

I again pulled intercooler out so that upon re-install, I could insure the red hose is completely pushed into the IC inlet. Butt dyno seems to be a little improved. Surprisingly, very little oil on inside of the red hose. Catch can must be doing its job or I don't have much oil coming out of CCV in first place. I only get about 30-40 cm^3 collection of oil every 5000 miles in my catch can. I also inspected the inlet/outlets of the IC and saw very small puddle of oil. I sprayed with carb cleaner and wiped and let dry. I sprayed the inside of the charge pipe with same carb cleaner and wiped what I could reach into. The red hose was thoroughly cleaned in kitchen sink.

I did this same thing many months ago along with vacuum lines. I had oil all over everything. Got it all cleaned up and put back on. I'm surprised you had issues. I had no problems at all. Just took an extra long flat screwdriver.

To update the adventure a few things:
-correct t-clamps improved things quite a bit and was probably the only problem
-with colder weather there is no more smoke (except a bit at WOT)
-finally got around to some real logging with testo, and I do make it up to 3300mbar (~35/36lbs) of boost

So i'm just not going to worry about it for now, although the meth and intake kit on my wish list will certainly help.
