What about BMW Performance?
What about BMW Performance parts? I know I am might be a noob, but I can't find anything about BMW Performance parts. Intake, Exhaust, Strut bar, etc...
Does BMW OEM from someones else? Thanks, Paul |

Hi, I just got an 09 E92 330i Coupe and was wondering what would be the cheapest way to get some horsepower into the car. I want the car to have at least 300hp but I'm new at this. What do you recommend?

hahah sorry i wasn't trying to be an ass.
e90/92's don't have much power upgrades right now. a supercharger kit might be in the works but nothing is out as of yet that would bump you up that high. try a cold air intake or better yet the new Injen short ram (+12hp gain), maybe get some performance exhaust/headers. other than that, i don't think anything else will get you more power. RPi ram air scoops will help a little too... do a search on them |

Are you looking for more horsepower or more performance? Might want to consider a differential final drive ratio change. Depending on the ratio you choose it could give quite a bit of extra performance improvement.

I contacted Wintertuning. This is the response to my enquiry: "The modification is only Software from 12 different engine maps, one of this and the main part is the Valvetronic change! Continues about 3 hours €639 Include also Vmax." (Not sure if “from 12 different engine maps” means that you can chose from one of 12 different mods. The conversion takes 3 hours and the cost is aprox $895. I live 120 miles from Forstern so I will visit them in the spring) WINTER sport-tuning Handels GmbH Siedlungsstr. 13 D -85659 Forstern Tel. 08124/1001 Fax 08124/8894 Internet: www.wintertuning.de E-Mail: info@wintertuning.de
