We are expecting most cars to be redistributed in the name of equity soon. They will drive off in the night in terms of timing.

The sad fact is: Would people rather have this, or have cell phones regulated to prevent activity/data while driving? They'd rather have this.

GM is Now Facing a Lawsuit for Selling OnStar Driving Data to Insurance Companies and Data Brokers The federal lawsuit, filed against GM and LexisNexis Risk Solutions by GM customer Romeo Chicco, alleges that the sharing of his driving habits in his 2021 Cadillac XT6 led to his rejection by seven auto insurance companies late last year. He finally discovered the reason: information about his speeding, hard braking and acceleration, and trip durations over the course of some 258 trips was being shared with insurance companies, leading to “significantly elevated” insurance premiums, Chicco alleges. https://www.corvetteblogger.com/2024...-data-brokers/ |

GM was selling the data to LexisNexis and they sold the information to insurance companies. GM has stopped this but too late. If you know someone with a late model Corvette they are all over this.

It's a slippery slope. People are sheep for allowing themselves to be controlled by the government. I bet after this, they'll make it so cars beep and chime any time someone doesn't have their seatbelt buckled.
We must resist. |

Government NEEDS issues for them to "solve". Sometimes those issues are real. A lot of times those issues are made up by thselves for convenience. We have micro plastics found in every place we look, including our own cells and nobody in government gives a rats ass. China quit subsidizing plastic recycling so now it largely just gets trashed so it's not like plastic is somehow better. But here we are not worrying about that because that's hard, and instead we are gonna yell about climate change, and how we need billions to trillions of YOUR money to "slow the rate of acceleration of temperatures rising". All that money to transition the developed world is supposed to just make it get hotter faster just reduce how much the rate or temperatures climbing speeds up. Wild. |

What do you think a 6000 battery powered "self driving" car is? I call them weapons of mass destruction.
