mine did leak immediately after the dealership did the cbu cleaning. they replaced the whole manifold as they stated it's all 1 piece. hopefully that's not the issue nor case for you :/

the cause from mine they said was from when it was sent out to get cleaned, the flap like seal got messed up.

Yup, sucking unfiltered air into the turbo and not sucking crank case pressure from the CCV vent (hockey puck)

I would take into consideration that unmetered air is entering the engine. The inlet tube for that is after the MAF sensor.

You only have one vacuum feed line to your turbo control/wastegate area. Forgot or just decided to run everything through vacuum accumulator?

I replaced all the lines exactly like they were. What is something out of place?

First picture of your post above with blue replacement CCV pipe. I see you have brand new vacuum lines. The line that comes over the valve cover from the right (driver’s side). There should be two of them. One feeds vacuum accumulator box on the input then on out put will split to inputs of pressure converter for turbo switchover and euv valve for compressor bypass. The second line should feed directly to input of wastegate pressure converter. Check where your single line goes.

I will have to look, or take a better picture for you.

I see how you routed the second line over the engine. Not ideal but looks like you are alright.

I ran the lines exactly like they were which could be different but works.

Well I took the cover off the breather to inspect and clean it and must off broke a tab or two putting it back on cause it blew off along with a couple quarts of oil. So I ordered a new breather for less than $50 but only in Europe. Here in the US you have to buy the valve cover too.
So I hammered in a 5mm allen bit and got those 5 sided bolts out. I'm going back with a normal Allen bolt. The breather should be here today.
