there probably would be now after the video is posted. Funny thing is, he probably posted AFTER his claim was settled. They can always come back and sue him for fraud after a video like this surfaces, especially, if the police will take this and cite him for wreckless driving or other major violations.

What's up with all these douche e46 M3 videos lately?
the price of the E46 has gotten into the range where younger, less mature kids can now buy one.

I'm all for a spirited drive but that's just dumb. As evidenced by the outcome. I have done many dumb things in my life.... I hope the driver lived to learn a lesson from it.

It is puzzling to me when I see young kids with high powered cars. Their parents obviously purchased the car for them. Bad idea. I would surely be dead if I was given an M3 at an age any younger than 20. I had a P.O.S. S10 pickup and thought I knew how to drive. I drove that thing like an idiot....

Wow! That's amazing that your friend survived. No doubt the airbags saved him.

Decreasing radius turns are the worst. He was going way too fast for that particular turn and under steer won. Just glad he's ok.

What kinda shape was the driver in after the crash? I know he went to the hospital. Had to break something?

OH MY GOD. that was insane. I see videos with sensational titles all the time -- almost never do they live up to the title... This one does.

Just wow. I'm sending this to some street-racer type drivers I know.

Passenger minor scratches, some cuts. Nothing major. 5 star rollover rating!

Yeah, what a loser...hopefully the insurance company comes right back at him and the police cite him. It's great for you guys to post all this photo and video evidence.

POS loser..I say it again. What if he and his bud hit someone head on...biker, motorcylist, or family. Yeah, these losers need to take it to the track....

F'ing cowards / spoiled brats. Calling you guys douchebags would be giving you too much credit.

So how would you get out of that under steer situation? More throttle and hope to transfer/balance the weight back out?

No shoulder, blind corner and excessive speed. By the time he noticed it, I don't think there is anything that could be done to save the understeer over cliff. Guy's an idiot for many reasons. What if he would have save it and only understeered into an oncoming, family van with children in back (and both went over)?
