My downpipes, Charge Pipe, & Blow off valve kinda make it hard to hear for sirens, i've had cobb for over 2 months. all i can hear is the turbos spooling haha..

ive pushed the car hard as well.

I am stock and you are correct, I always had some sort of "whine". I notice it more since I now drive with the windows down, but it was always there especially in the cold winter months when the car was cold.

Maybe power steering pump....it's happening to me but I havnt taken it in because my plugs where fouled when I blew my turbo and didn't clean my ic. A bad turbo usually makes a howl.

Also the more boost the more your turbos will "whistle" but not whine.
