My downpipes, Charge Pipe, & Blow off valve kinda make it hard to hear for sirens, i've had cobb for over 2 months. all i can hear is the turbos spooling haha..

ive pushed the car hard as well.

I had my 335i from new, and even stock, it displayed some whine in the summer that was easily detectable with the window open. With my tune it's even more noticable.

If you want real turbo whine, you should have seen my old Saab

I quite like it. And remember, you have an intake, so it'll only make it louder!

I am stock and you are correct, I always had some sort of "whine". I notice it more since I now drive with the windows down, but it was always there especially in the cold winter months when the car was cold.

Maybe power steering pump....it's happening to me but I havnt taken it in because my plugs where fouled when I blew my turbo and didn't clean my ic. A bad turbo usually makes a howl.

Also the more boost the more your turbos will "whistle" but not whine.
