I was looking for the diesel like i said but i only do 5-6k miles a year, so don't think i would reep any rewards in petrol costs.

The remapping thing is of no interest to me i have had the performance cars, and do not want to start with all that again. I'm coming of a 2 year ban, so quite happy with a modest 180bhp.

i think that fact the car is white and the si it will always be a bit special come time to sell.

I was really more concerned with car issues, but after a bit searching it seems across the board with the petrols to. I have been given a extended 1 years warranty with the car, i should i keep the car past that point would look to extending it further.

As for the price what do you guys reckon?
2 year ban? what did you do to get that?

dangerous driving in a 380bhp evo 8 about 3 years ago. Was basically acting the fool, and have paid for it in full, cycling to work nearly every day.

should have my licence back mid November.

If its any consolation Phil Dangerous driving only stays on your license for 4 yrs and only disclosed to insurance for 5. Its easy to get carried away sometimes, especially when your young. Do you have to sit an extended test ?

For ideas on mods it might be worth speaking to Dan (Chaos over on Evotechnik.net) he`s one of the mods there and has an E46 M3 vert, an E36 evo saloon and a White E90 si.

Is there a pic of this white Si? Can't seem to see it on the web site.

I'm not doing much modding, new black grill, carbon badges, springs and 19s.
I'm not sure whether to keep the wheels for when i come to sell, i have already bought oem 19" twist 5 spokes.

You have to keep them wheels with the Si car imho, you will struggle to sell it without them.

I will give you £500 collected for them if you do want to sell though!!

As for the wheels i will be selling them, i know it might make things awkward when i sell, but can not see the point in having hundreds of pounds tied up in the garage, for maybe a few year.

Just to let you know I bought an SI back in May and love the car.

Drove down to the South of France in it during July and it was a great car to drive.

I've not had any problems so far (touch wood) and you'll have another 12 months warranty with that anyway.

Also, mine was 2k more than that one and had 18k miles on the clock, its still not due for its first service for another 6k miles according to the computer.
