Problems with my 2009 BMW 328i

i just figured out that my 2009 - 328 bmw (20k mls)
has a problem with the tail light. the inner parts of the actual tail light is kind of coming off / melting, i am going tommorrow to the nearest bmw dealer to fix this problem and replace the whole thing. i am not sure what's gona happen...... |

Not normal, and the dealer will most certainly replace any parts that are broken.

Wow. The tech told you it had an "acceptable level of interior noise"? There is NO level of acceptable interior noise. One of the selling points for the car is how quiet it is....
I've got no creaks, rattles, or shakes with my 09 328i. |

If the inner components of the taillight is compromised (e.g. melting), they will & have to replace it. Happened to me, have a 328i LCI as well. The reason they do is because of liability issues relating to future electrical problems (e.g LED housing). This is only happened to one of my taillights but it was cheaper to get the set because usually if one goes, the other will follow. Hope you get it fixed, its not that bad on your wallet
