Yes, including plastic/metal trim and even glass. Just avoid rubber seals etc.

You can simply wash your car using the 2 or 3 bucket method and this should keep the car looking clean and paint well looked after

Is the blower able to dry off the ONR solution? Might work if you rinse with the distilled water first I guess?
