Welcome! Nice to see all the whips. You have one nice stable. Nice mods too, I'd probably get a lip though. IMO, the stock e92 front isn't as aggressive looking as the car truly is.

Hey Lindsay, let me know if you are planning to get the lip or m3-skirts. Maybe we can get a group discount in a paint shop.

Well, IÂ’ve owned the car for about a month and a half now, so it's about time i made my intro thread. My name is Lindsay (creative screen name huh?) and I'm new to the E9X scene, but not new to the car scene in general (I come from Audi/VW).

Purchased the car in March:

First up- tint and front plate removal with plate holes filled in/molded and painted before I officially took delivery (and new tires):

Two days after pickup, it was in the shop for coilover install (H&R's installed at Achtuning- highly recommended shop):

New stance- still needs some tweaking (front needs to come down a bit, rears need to go up a hair)

The next week I ordered exhaust, and the week after that it was installed (UUC/Corsa axle-back):

Old next to new:

A couple weeks later found the wheels I wanted, sent payment, and patiently waited 3 weeks for them to arrive (sellers pic)

While we put the wheels on, we threw on the smoked sidemarkers I got from ECS. The sidemarkers alone make a world of difference, so glad to get rid of the orange, IÂ’ll most likely end up just painting them to match the car at some point, but for now, this works. Wheels on:

Not so stoked on the wheels just yet. There is some tweaking that needs to be done to the suspension, and different sized tires need to go on the fronts, but for now, this is it.

Here is my project/summer car (E30 325 vert):

Yellow B5 S4 is my fiancé’s car (screen name rennis)

And my old car (B6 Audi), which I still miss dearly

I live in Kirkland and work in Bothell, wave if you see me. The end
How much did you pay for your install on your suspension ?

I think they charge around $400 or so for install.

Here you go sweet cheeks

And no, the car actually doesnt have reverse rake. The picture(s) above are pretty deceiving because are driveway is slanted which throws off the car and makes it sit uneven. The car is at 24.5" GTF on all four corners at the moment. Probably going to raise the rear a little more though
hotness at its best . welcome and very nice ride.

Spent some time polishing... Still not completely happy with them but I'm going to give it some time for them to grow on me.

Lindsay, the fact that your 335i is a stick = instant respect from me. Ride or die.

You don't want to see what his ideal shift knob is.

E30's are awesome, highly recommended. They go for a premium though, so take your time searching until you find a clean one. They get a TON of attention from everyone, not just car enthusiasts. Everytime I park it somewhere, whenever I come back to my car there is someone taking a picture of it and/or asking of the wheels are real (and yes, they're real).

Suspension is H&R sport. They don't go quite as low in the front as I would prefer, but that's a good thing for me since I bought this car intending NOT to slam it on the ground. I have the E30 to drive if I feel the need to scrape on the ground.

Thanks. I've never owned an automatic and won't until I have to get an suv to haul the future kids around in. E30 is also a stick if that matters
