Not sure if I'm posting this correctly but I've owned two identical 2009 328i's. Both and three stage intake and disa valve. I'm not sure what that valve is but this car is extremely fast and much faster than every other 2009 2011 328i but I have driven. It took me about 6 months to find out why it was so fast and quick off the start and this is it. I'm about positive they're stock because what are the odds of buying two at 6 years apart on different parts of the state and finding the exact same thing on each car? So now when I look for a 328 I'm always looking for that disa valve.... I don't know what it is but it makes the car go fast.
