Quick do you have upgraded twins and does this happen during pulls or only on start up? If it’s during pulls it sounds like a wastegate issue. Wastegate might not be opening enough or fast enough to bleed off the excess boost. I know people usually adjust the wastegate on their hybrids if they’re eBay turbos
