By the way, you can look up just about any of the TSB's by simply taking the TSB numbers (#) and inserting them between the "b" and the "g" (i.e., .../bulletin_graphic_temp/b######g.htm) as noted in the example link/URL below in bold text. Cobradac this is great. No clue how you got to this, but any chance this is available for european cars as well? I did a quick search, and engine types such as N47 / M47 don't come up. And is it possible to (easily) put this on xls format so one could sort on date? My car went in for a re-calibration campaign in august 07, dealer couldn't/wouldn't tell me anything. I just want to know what changed, and what i should be looking for before it runs out of warranty

I have no way of accessing euro specific information. However, I do believe these really do start as a common issue and BMWNA has to modify based on USA specific warranty (and perhaps some slight equipment differences). UP to now of course, US has had no diesel engines but that is about to change.

My database is in excel. Since most boards (this being one) do not allow excel as an attachment type and since far more folks have adobe reader than excel I have not posted excel versions here. I can email you an excel file if you wish so that you may sort to your hearts content.

I am about to update the list with data through the end of CY08. Give me a few more days to complete that task and I will update the list here as well.

I'm looking for SI B 12 54 06.

The description mentions it applies to N54 engines but I have a 2007 E90 328i with a similar issue. My oil change indicator mileage has gone up from 16,000 miles (since last oil change in October and after 3,500 miles) to 22,000 miles on the indicator now.

anyone know if there is a tsb for the cracking of the back panel where the speakers are located. the panel that is in between the back windshield and seats for the e90. when going over road bumps, i hear cracking noises coming from the back. i believe the back piece is loose. any info would be helpful. thanks.

AFAIK, there is no TSB on the issue but a number of members have had the same probelm and developed a fix

Please pardon the confusion but this update actually includes highlighted data from the Revision 20 update in June due to some issues I had with my PDF conversion at home. No data is missing, but the delta indication from one revision to the next is not accurate. It will be fixed in the future revisions now that I am back in synce between home and work computers.
