That depends on how much you want to lower it, ride comfort, etc.
For street use I've heard great things about the Koni FSD & Sport, as well as Bilsteins. I run Bilstein B8 myself, had a variety of different suspensions including coils on my previous E90 and I'm very happy with the Bilsteins, but I'm still on Sport springs, probably going with Dinan springs since they drop the front and leave the rear where I like it. I won't go low again here in MI since the roads are crap and I value the suspension travel. There are lots of springs choices and shocks are going to depend on whether you want adjustability and what kind of ride comfort and damping you need.
