Euro Delivery on order from Kelly
I put in an order for an August Munich pick-up through Kelly BMW. Steve H. has been very helpful and everything's been smooth thus far. I'll be sure to post if there are any hiccups!

OK, I've had a month to cool down from my bad experience with Kelly BMW. And now with a cool head and a calm disposition I can sit back and say-
[B]Kelly BMW still sucks! :finger: BMW North America called to apologize for Kelly BMW but said the Kelly dealership is independent and there is little they can do about their selling practice.......... OK right. Rock on MAG! |

I picked up my car from Kelly last night after waiting a month for it to arrive from my ED trip. I had driven no more than 25 miles when I picked up a 3/8" screw in my tire (luckily, the run-flats work REALLY well, as it blew at the 315/70 interchange). Kelly replaced it at no charge to me this morning, despite the fact that this isn't covered by warranty. This, in addition to the fact that my delivery and trade reappraisal went very smoothly, makes Kelly the best auto dealer I think I've ever dealt with.

I can count on one hand the number of people I don't like in this world. Nor am I usually passionate about where I shop either. However, I would rather drive a chevrolet rather than drive something sold to me from Kelly BMW.
If you ever see a guy in a 325 driving by the Kelly dealership, flipping them the bird out the window, that would be me. Glad others are not having the same problem I did but.......I won't support a dealership like Kelly. I would even drive a Ford (Pinto).... |

Just wanted to follow up with my Kelly BMW impressions... I got my car back from E.D. last week and everything went really well. The dealership cleaned the car up nicely after it arrived -- I had picked up a good amount of mud while it rained almost every day in Germany. Although I did take a cool snapshot of my front emblem with raindrops -- see avatar.
All in all, everything about my experience with Kelly was very good. Sales people were helpful and knowledgeable and I'm really happy with the deal I got.

I'll keep an eye on this thread and try to meet up with you guys whenever you meet. My weekends in October are filling up, but the 28th may work. I'm a BMW newbie with no other Bimmer friends -- only car guys I know are my father-in-law who's a Volvo freak and my nextdoor neighbor that pimps his Benz -- so it'd be cool to meet y'all.
I'm on the northeast side of town... Kelly is the closest car dealership of any brand to my house.

Closed a deal with Kelly yesterday. Their pricing was a bit higher than MAG, even after I threw some numbers from MAG at them. But the car was cleaner too. I also like the fact they have so many BMW classics like the M1, 3.0CS & the 2002 in their showroom - shows they are passionate about what they sell....
