The yellow koni are adjustable, have you tried adjusting them to a firmer setting?

You can get a bouncy feeling if the shocks are not correctly dampening the springs, as the energy in the spring will bounce back and forth if not absorbed - but I would expect the koni yellow on their softest setting would still be firm enough to prevent this.

Also, going from run flats to non run flats, the car will be a bit floaty/slidey at speeds. I feel like im driving on flat tyres sometimes as the non run flats dont have a solid side wall

My guess is the new tyres have much more grip thus there is more load being transmitted on the soft OEM suspension components and bushes, thus this translates to more flex making the car feel floaty... Subframe bushes (reccomend the Turner Motorsport solid bushes) fresh diff bushes and an m3 links control arms etc will minimise the terrible crab walking effect

You really should do these items before rb's etc as with 350+ rwkw on the soft worn (your car has 100k + Kay's by memory?) suspension won't be transmitting the power all that effectively..

Also check that your dampening settings are all the same from a paired perspective.

I.e. The 2 fronts are the same and the 2 rears are the same.

Front vs Rear can be different though depending on how you want it setup.

Yep Ytl suggested M3 control arms and bushes as well. Scotty and Harmsy are going to drive my car next weekend, nothing like a hands on assessment
