Found some info that I would like to share:

IMPORTANT: Injectors with index 10 and lower have a different calibration and construction than injectors with index 11 and higher. Due to this difference, the injectors with index 10 and lower and injectors with index 11 and higher cannot be mixed in the same engine.

Correct, newest injector part cannot be mixed with older. Issue has come up after latest part was released , problem is the newest ones also cost A LOT more...

In the Bentley manual it says that in case of severe misfire , the fuel injector is switched off.

I just had the sparkplug out , dry and looking ok to me. Moved around some coils and now reset again and clear codes. Then see if it still throws misfire code.

This is how the sparkplug looks when I took it out . Aprox 24 hours after I had engine running. Will take out sparkplug once more just after shutting down engine.

It does look like is running lean when I look at it now , anyone else ?

yeah seems was running little lean and injector is leaking pressure out it seems. never seen one looking like that.
definetely change it out . you need to clean well the hole.
When i checked my plugs after 6000 km with lots of E85 use the ceramic was nice with a light brownish color (hazelnut) .
