Just had this problem. The annoying warning sound and light appeared after i removed and inserted Fuse number 64 from this diagram https://bmwguide.net/bmw-3-series-e90-fuses-and-relays/ (Type 2). Nothing was able to stop this warning light. This annoyed me for 2 days. My rear left window stopped working for no reason suddenly.

I fixed it the following way:

1. Removed the battery for 1 minute;
2. Recalibrated all windows (The 15 seconds key pressing sequences);
3. Cleared all errors with INPA (Key sequence F3/F4/F2);

And voila! No annoying sound and warning appeared again.
