This is America, lot of leniency
federal offense, requires that 80% of the term be served, he's already voluntarily served three months, therefore he will have to serve about 15 months... meaning he won't be back next season. rumor has it the judge did it that way to teach him a lesson.

From what I understand, federal sentences require a fairly high percentage of the time to be served. He will not be getting out in at least a year and a half.

death seat! naw kidding. i dont think much justice was severed bc i know in philadelphia they busted people doin this and all they got was 2+ yrs a peice. They didnt not fail a drug test or any sort. Nothing else llegal was goin on and they were a middle aged white couple and two other white males. So i guess bc of his celeb status he's gettin more of a slap on the wrist. But ohh well i hope he can never play for the NFL or XFL whatever again. Thats enough punishment bc id be suprised he can read and write.

Also he shouldnt be able to play football.

I realized that convicted felones can not get good jobs at all. Especially a job that pays millions. So same should go for the league. He shouldnt be allowed back in.

Plus doubt any team wants him, bad rep.
