How much shipped to 32608? Will these fit on my 2011 e90 335i? Will I be able to use my runflats on these

Got a 19" staggered set of these from Paul with Conti DWS and TMPS installed as well as balanced. New silver wheel bolts were also included.
Everything arrived packaged well and as promised. Before and after pics below (Yes, stock brake calipers. Yes, Stock ride height.  ) Really great transaction at a great price. Only one drive so far but very pleased.Before on 17" 185 wheels and RFT's:  After:   Thx, Paul!
