wait, i just noticed this is for a 2007 and not a 2008, ask for more money off, that car must have been sitting there for a decent amount of time. check the miles, they may have used it as a demo or something

They already said $3k off.

I second vinnycg, if I could get your CA's info too that would be great.

I will put $3k down for 15k/36 months to pay $625/month. Heck I would even go for 12k.

My CA will take $3000 off that price to help me out "the most they can." Apparently that's just over invoice?! To get my monthly payment down to where I am now, here are some options my CA presented me with:

24 months/20k total miles
$499/month - $6500 down

24 months/24k total miles
$499/month - $7000 down

36 months/30k total miles
$499/month - $7650 down

36 months/36k total miles
$499/month - $8100 down

That just seems like way too much to put down on a lease. What does everyone think? Any negotiating tips? Are there any internet CA's I can go to that will settle for less of a commission on a sale? I thought since this was a 2007 model, I should be able to get it at invoice since they will be filling up with 2008 models.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!!

No deal .. lol.. if u really want to get a good deal. tell them.. 399 month/48K miles with 7500 down. and 3.9 % interest rate

Oh also I have Navi w/IDrive....so not too bad at $660/mo w/1300 down for a 36mo/12k lease. To clarify- when I say $1300 down- that's the dollar amount alloted to cap. cost reduction only. My total due at signing (including taxes, MV fees and all that crap) is $4000. Anyway, my CA is Denis Carey at Hunterdon BMW in Lebanon, NJ. His number is 908.236.6302. Tell him Asif sent you- he obviously knows who I am. I have yet to pick up my car as it is on the vessel Patriot being shipped here as we speak! I hope I have it by NYE!

BMW335 if you had 12k a year your payment would of went up $30.00 a month and 15K it would of went up to $50.00 a month therefore your payment would of been $705.00 per month. To get to your $653.00 per month you would have to put down an additional $2000.00.

Wait- you are paying 465/mo for 24mo? I'm paying $660/mo for 36mo....I have $4k out of pocket also- how are you paying $200/mo lower than I am? What was the agreed selling price on your car. What residual and money factors did you get?

My residual was 70% and money factor .00265 because i did european delivery. My original cost was $47800.00 and then discounted to $41800.00 for the european delivery. thats why its so much lower. My money factor is .00030 higher because it a european delivery. That amount is always tacked on, but even its higher since my overall cost is lower it doesnt really matter.

no it would have been 14-15 bucks more a month. the residual is 1% less with 12k miles so on a 48220 msrp car the 1% difference would have been 480 bucks by 36 months...about 14-15 more a month and 15k about 28 a month. i got my car for 750 over invoice which is why my payments are low...plus the 175 money factor which helped my lower payment. With the current rate of .00235 and a slight increase in 08 coupes its hard to get my same car and options for less than 700 a month. Just leased a 335 sedan for my brother at 750 over invoice.. 36 months 12k miles 48250 msrp for 652 with 985 due at signing. Anyone in the tristate area needs deals lemme knowwwwwww. 3 series convertibles for 1300 over

That's all fine but, how did you only pay $1k out of pocket when the taxes, fees and all that stuff are at least $2500?

My bad...since im doing a 24 month lease I calculated your extra mileage as though it were a 24 month lease as well. Also his brothers lease seems about right. He probably rolled everything into the payment. By the way did you co-sign for your brother. If you did then he might of gotten owner loyalty as did my father in law when his friend co signed for him on his 5 series. The difference in payment was $70.00 per month.

I ROLLED THE BANK FEE AND TAXES IN THE PAYMENT. IT WORKS OUT FOR ANYONE THAT HAS A LEASE CALCULATOR. I NEVER PAY THAT UPFRONT. I ONLY PAID 1ST PMT..PLATES..DOC FEE AND I ROUNDED UP THE REST TO MAKE IT AN EVEN 1000 AT SIGNING SINCE I NEEDED 1000 DEPOSIT TO ORDER IT BACK IN SEPT 2006. ANYONE IN THE TRISTATE AREA LOOKIN FOR GREAT DEALS PM ME.

there is no owner loyalty rates on a 3 series. The only loyalty on the 3 series is no security deposit.

Look at those x3 rates..with owner loyalty with the reduced rate my sisters 47,000 msrp x3 was 518 a month for 24 months with 1000 due at signing. Thats mostly beacause the 24 month residual -78% compared to the 3 series 71%.

I wish the 3 series residuals were higher.

Ok that sounds great- what MSRP and what agreed selling price again? You must not have all the options I have- my agreed selling price before tax was $46650....$1000 over invoice...I guess your payment makes sense because you only have 10k miles and you may not have some options that I have...
