So you didn't make an appointment?

I just told them I would bring it down on a given day and left it with them. Suspension painting and a small body damage repair was a next day pick up.

I asked if I could make an appointment but was told that appointments aren't needed. So I left thinking, if I had made an appointment, I wouldn't have driven all the way down there for nothing. I also asked for a price quote for the work but was told it needs to be seen by a tech first....I just thought they'd have an estimate for springs and struts.

I obviously know nothing of the quality of work they do, and I just happened to have an unpleasant experience with them, so please don't base judgement on just my experience. They do have great reviews so it's unfortunate that I won't be going there.

Springs/struts should be no more than $250 even if they're coilovers. If you're interested pm me and we can set something up.
