Both ZSP and the tires contribute to the stiffer ride. However from my perspective and alot of others on the board, when we ditched the runflats, it made a huge difference in the ride.

You can always upgrade your wheels and tires and keep your stocks when you sell the car back or use them as spares.

First off, beautiful car. Your ED looked like it was a great trip!

What i've done since i took delivery of my E93 are:
1. I installed the front aero lip.
2. I installed matching dark burl walnut shift knob and e-brake handle
3. On order, BMW Performance 19" staggered rim/tires

Cheers!

I like those mods.. and I will be considering them. I, of course, fell in love with the light poplar. That more or less dictates what the interioe of the car would be.

I think I will get the M6 19" replicas after my tires run their course. They look blaze...

No tint??

Nah, to be honest, I sometimes drive with the top down and the windows up and, to me, it just looks odd seeing tinted windows with the roof down.

HOWEVER... I have seen some E93's with tinted windows that look super clean... so go figure. I guess it's just personal preference.

Cheers!

My BIGGEST regret is not getting a clearbra. I'm going to have to end up getting the entire hood repainted.. it's in horrible condition.

I thought the clear bra does not go up the hood? My understanding is that it mostly cover the front...

You can get a clear bra to cover your whole hood, but it is quite pricey.

E92freak has it.

I'm hearing very mixed opinion on the clear bra. It seems like the rocks hit the hood further up, so one would need to cover the entire Hood.. Thats 1G. Some say it makes a huge difference.. others don't really care.. noone I know has one. Is this the bias from being on an enthusiast site?

Most of the road hazards will impact the bumper and lower (front) portion of the hood.

Aside from maximizing the coverage area, many elect to cover the entire hood and fenders to avoid the visable lines of the cut off area as dirt/dust builds up. Some people even clear bra their entire car.

Just imagine having this type of protection around your entire car:

ME TOOOOOOO! Thats just the standard Clear Bra protection right..??? that is definitely worth 4-5 hundred bones..

Thanks for helping push me over the edge! Looks like clear bra & tint will be the first 2 things I do.

Please confirm that the standard clear bra is what I am seeing in that picture.

That's the standard (one and only) film.

Just don't go driving into walls to test it out

One more question regarding the images you posted... what happened to the car ? How did it get the white paint on the bra?

Not so serious because there wasn't a dent in the bumper... but at least there is no discoloring!
