I had some wobble( only at 80mph or above and it turns out the wheels were buckled,once i bought new ones it was fine try to see if someone can lend you a set of wheels to swap and try out.

when i rebalance the wheels it made it better but it was still there, so in the end i bought new wheels

Thanks for your suggestion Alan but I forgot to mention I've already tried a wheel swap with no difference to the wobble.
