Intake, downpipes, CP+BOV, JB4 should be the first things, then Intercooler. (just saw thats what youre planning! nice!)

I would do LCI tails or coilovers after the intercooler. and if its a 6speed Auto get the Alpina flash for the transmission, makes to SOOOO much better (if you drive in S or M, if you drive mostly in D then dont bother)
Alpina flash? (sorry about the newbie questions) How does it work?

its a flash tune for the transmission taken from the Alpina B3 (a 335i modded by Alpina) it makes the tranny shift quicker and downshift rev matches are spot on every time. I've had it on my car for about 2 or so months now and it is so, so, so, soooooo much better than stock (IMO)
But i drive 98% in M, and only drive in D until the engine is warmed up. D mode is different to stock as well and will change to the highest gear as soon as it can (6th gear @65-70km/h) If you drive mostly in D I wouldn't recommend it. But if you're mostly in S or M then 100% go for it.

Cheers Lemon, I had a bit of a read up on the AF since i posted back to you, sounds like it might help a slight 2-3rd gear jolt I felt a couple of times now... Do you mind me asking how much it was and where you got it done??

Maybe you should get in on the LSD group buy in the classified section... *hint*
Hey Scotty, I have to ease into the mod scene, maybe start off with something small like new car mats

can't recall the exact price cos I got it done along with some other things at Active but from 100-150 range, could code it yourself or get someone to do it though.
I would also get M3 paddles since you have the older push to downshift paddles. but that's personal preference

dont think it'll look good cos although our brakes are pretty beast, they just dont aesthetically look that pleasing haha

I think better off going for a "stealth" look and saving for BBK to go with a more stand out colour like gold, blue, red, green, whatever you want

just my opinion though, each to their own
