Sometimes the first offer is the best offer. Its only worth what someone is willing to pay at the end of the day

Err, why didn't you take the £7500 offer? That's all the money and you'd be fortunate to get much more.

Yup. I remember you gently trolling my for sale thread

I guess mine sold because apart from nav, mine was a more desirable car! Remember, it was £7600 after putting back to standard and selling a couple of bits so the car itself sold for a little less than £7600, but only a little.

Don't let the belief that yours is worth significantly more just because it has nav and is an auto get in the way of selling it.

i can show more that are up 8300. with 120k on clock 07 reg with no nav or xenons,

anyone saying 6500 has no clue about car prices these days.
Imo better colour than yours better miles and gearbox and better interior

Thing to remember is what someone wants for it and what someone is actually willing pay are completely different iv seen cars overpriced listed for months that haven't sold it doesn't mean the cars worth that much because they have put it up for that price and put "no offers"

You're right. The first price was a little ambitious. A week later I amended it to £7995 having taken off blacklines, tri-stitched wheel and one or two other bits. Car went within 4 days and had 3 people wanting it. Buyer drove almost 200 miles to buy it.

Few points to consider after I had a quick scroll through the ad...
  • Illegally spaced number plate - cheapens the look of the car.
  • Pictures - I would lose the ones with the other cars, the car wash one and the night-time shot.

Look at what dealers are asking for a similar car, then ask about £1k less. Stick it on autotrader at the right price and it will sell. Not many people buy E90s on a E90 forum

If some dealers are asking £8k then anything over £7k for you would be a good result

Thats why you need to find cars with similar spec.

But i would imagine that nav and xenons will only add a few hundred quid to an asking price anyway
