Funny you say procede, as terry said in a thread on the other site that one of the only other tuning solutions he would use is a halltech, which is what a procede is. Lol

So terry can control the Motiv port injection?

He's controlling the CPE kit that he'll be selling. I believe he is doing things slightly different. He has posted some details in various threads on another forum.

The motiv guys got back to me. They use the AEM because it can control the waste gates on a single turbo setup. Since I have a dual hybrid, the computers I have can still operate the waste gates so I don't need that. So the split second which is $600 cheaper works just as well. So depending on which setup single or hybrid you're runing you should get different ECMs.

Updated pics... AEM EMS4 included.

Lots of wiring to do... a little overwhelming. I guess "PnP" doesn't stand for plug-n-play. Otherwise, everything looks good to go. Car is in the shop getting the 750 kit installed as we speak.

It would have been nice if they had direct and port injection like the Lexus motors...at least to keep the intake valves nice and clean. That will be a side benefit of port injection. No more walnut blasting every 50k miles, etc.

Really poor injector angle. The fuel has got to be collecting on the opposite runner wall and pooling up.

Maybe if this ran at idle, but this is something that batch fires under high air flow, so minimal worries about spraying the walls of the intake.

AEM/PI Installed!

I'll work my way backwards on this post...

Everything installed and in its final place.

Vibrant vacuum block, recommended by Jake. Great place for the 5 bar MAP sensor to sit, and for the various vacuum lines (FPR, Manifold, BOV).

Fuel pressure regulator connected to the HPFP and secondary Stage3+ fuel pump.

Wiring everything up... easy but tedious. Lots of heat shrink and soldering.

AEM 5.2 bar MAP sensor wiring diagram for future reference

Teaser dyno graph... 7 psi "stock boost"

Teaser dyno graph... 22 psi "low boost"

Wiring notes for the AEM harness:
AEM GPIO1 -> Ground on Stage3+ fuel relay
AEM IGN SW -> Cig Lighter tap (or Green Plug/Orange wire/Pin #2 in DME box)
AEM GPIO5 -> Wastegate solenoid (MAC)
AEM Red Spare Power wire -> Wastegate solenoid (MAC)
AEM Blue Crank Signal -> Tap on DME Box/Large Black Sub connector/Pin #29
AEM White VSS -> Tap on DME Box/Grey Sub connector/Pin #17
AEM White TPS -> Tap on DME Box/Grey Sub connector/Pin #7
AEM INJ1 -> Injector harness, injectors 1 & 6
AEM INJ2 -> Injector harness, injectors 2 & 5
AEM INJ3 -> Injector harness, injectors 3 & 4
AEM Red INJ Power -> Injector harness, all injectors power wires
AEM Red/White/Black bundle -> AEM 5.2 MAP Sensor (diagram above)
AEM Red Big Power wire -> Battery positive terminal (engine bay, 10mm bolt)
AEM Black Ground -> Battery negative terminal (use ground under positive terminal in engine bay)
