I could second that. All red would make these look 100x better IMO. Get some Krylon red stained glass spray and DIY. Easy to do.

I've never tried that, maybe I'll try it on the reverse section of my pre-lci tails first!

I actually did this mod and wrote up a DIY on it a few months back. Let me know if you have any questions if you plan on diving into this project.

If it was red out, it could be nicer.. Otherwise it aint good.. OEM LCI taillight is better.

I agree LCI Tailight is better, I just dont feel like buying a new trunk just yet and I would need to in order to do the conversion. Also LCI Tails arent cheap.... I will probably just put red laminex on the tails if I dont like the color split

I also prefer the LCI tail lights. I've seen some of that style for pre-lci cars that I like but I'm worried about fitment and error codes.

Thanks man! I really like how they turned out.

I found some laminx that would work perfect if I wanted to make the top red. I could probably just trim it so it only covers the white/clear part. Best way imo since its not permanent

+1. It'll help hide the orange glow in the turning section. But probably wouldn't matter if you went with the red overlay.
