Thanks, Mac. Hmm maybe it's just my lack of lighting indoors then. Outside, it's fine.

Solid tip, I learned this when doing my debadge. Chemicals + heat don't mix well

Nice vid as always Tara! So I bought a GoPro hero 4, took it on vacation, and used it to capture the proposal to my fiance on the top of Mount Kearsarge New Hampshire, to which she said yes . Then I returned promptly.

Do you know why? It is because the battery life on these stupid things is shit. I mean seriously GoPro, can you actually make a camera that records longer than two hours at a stretch?

Congrats!!!
Haha, yeah I had no idea how pathetic the gopro battery life was until I made my driving vid. I had to film it in parts because I had to keep recharging! Lame! :

Something I have noticed about my GoPro while taking pictures, pretty sure it can only attempt to brighten a picture by adjusting ISO (which will make the image more grainy)

If it was adjusting aperture or shutter speed then it wouldn't be so bad, but it's primary purpose is video so I guess we can't complain too much.

Hmm, yeah. Guess I learned my lesson and need to pull out the bulky DSLR to take actual pics.

Nice vid Tara. Some members would pay to have black tips. I usually wash my car once a week, so my tips are pretty clean. I bought some steel wool though if I ever need to.
