so heres a question....does the carfax show a reported accident? If there was no accident you need to contact carfax and have them fix it. Do you have a copy of the nevada title that shows its salvaged? I have seen carfax tag accidents on cars that never had accidents.

Id call carfax talk to them and send a copy of the clean OH title as proof. Have them correct it in their system and you are good to go. Good luck!

Yes, the carfax shows a reported accident very early in the history of the report. At the time of the accident it was reported as salvage, but then shortly after that a clean title was reported on it. There is evidence that the car was in an accident in the front end due to a repainted bumper and quarter panel, however, there is nothing related to the frame which is why I'm surprised it was labeled salvage.
