I trimmed the OC duct and built a small diverter behind the fog opening to channel the air upward to feed the OC duct. It's been working fine so far.

Thanks for the info. Are there any OEM ducts that we can buy for a clean and hassle-free install?

What about going with the M3 rep bumper without fogs? How does one manage the ducting then?

If you go M3rep without fogs, you need to get M3 brake ducts.

I'm not sure who you are asking and what lip you are referring to... but I purchased both my M3rep bumper and V-Style lip from RW Carbon.

3. Bumper was shipped to the shop so I never saw it before installation. But everything lines up and the fogs work just fine.
4. Customer service I'd rate a 5. Quick to reply to questions I had and even though the bumper was initially scheduled to be delivered to my home instead of the body shop, they were quick to have it re-routed and paid the additional fees.
5. PDC and headlight washers, yes or no? No to both
6. e90

You can see a pic in my avatar and if you click on my name I think. Looks similar to ComptonAssDaniel's

3. Bumper and fog light had no dings, stratches, and any other imperfections.
4. Customer service gets a 5 star ratings.
5. PDC and headlight washers, yes or no? No
6. Your car, E90 or E92? His car with the M3 bumper, e90. My car with the MSport bumper, e92.

Trimming shouldnt be too difficult. You only need to trim the duct that channels air to the oil cooler, not the brakes. The only reason why you need to trim is because the M3 foglight housing ends up hitting the duct. So you just need to trim it back far enough that the foglight housing has clearance.
Thank you for the support fellas.

Are these the adapters for the 9006 fog light?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/121347092947...947%26_rdc%3D1

And, are 9006 better than H11? Naive question, can one adapt the H11 bulbs to work with the M3rep bumper?

On another note, do you think that glossy or matte black kidney grilles would look odd when the window trim is aluminum? Or would aluminum kindey grilles with M3 replica bumper look more odd?

I think this is what you need (dont quote me) - an H11 to 9006 adapter http://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-9006-to-H...bde975&vxp=mtr

9006 and H11 are only slightly different. They're very close in size, but the base is different. Namely, 9006 has bulb > rubber seal > locking tabs > connector, while the H11 has bulb > locking tabs > rubber seal > connector. One isnt necessarily better than the other.

I would either do gloss black kidneys AND shadowline, or leave all of it chrome. I went with gloss kidneys and gloss vinyl wrapped shadowline. Totally transforms the car IMO

Make sure it's h11 to 9006 and not 9006 to h11. I made that mistake and had to reorder the correct one

2011 the E92 had a face lift. New hood, headlights, front bumper. The 07-10 M3 replica won't fit the 2011+ LCI versions for that reason.

Hope this helps.

Best,
JG

I have a 2011 E92 LCI. I would like to see someone with a m3 replica bumper on their e92 so i know how well it fits. I wonder if the m3 replica bumpers came out yet for the E92 LCI. If anyone bought a m3 replica bumper from ebay and installed it on their e92. Please post pics.

Here are pics of my car. End product is wonderful.

1. Store = Europartsautostore Price = $284.95 Item is from Taiwan. Link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/251659016232...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
2. Fitment = Final product is 9/10, small gap under the headlights. Air ducts had to be trimmed. Bumper had to be flexed a little for everything to align and since the bumper hits up
against the radiator housing.
3. Quality = Great except for bumper came with less than smooth edge on the part that goes underneath the headlight.
4. Customer service = 5 (Refunded for the $12 H11 to 9006 harness adapter I had to buy because he sent the straight 9006 harness cable that
would require splicing with the H11 harness cable).
5. No PDC and no headlight washers.
6. Car = E90 335i sports package

Fog light harness H11 to 9006 adapter: http://www.ebay.com/itm/230699380176...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

2. Fitment quality (perfect or mention modifications)
3. Bumper and fog light quality (no defects, good primer, etc.)
4. Customer service (1-5 rating)
5. PDC and headlight washers, yes or no?
6. Your car, E90 or E92?

Also, where did you buy your fog light H11 to 9006 adapter?

Much appreciated, I need to buy M3 bumper but would like to know that more than just one person has had success with particular store. There is probably some overlap in sourcing between stores, but there are also differences.

1. Khoalty
2. Perfect fitment, could be better with the fender gap but I've seem oem ones that are worse. So i'd say 4/5
3. Bumper quality was spot on, primer looked good but I'm no painter. Only problem was the shipping. Box was not packaged well and was shipped by Seko Worldwide. Basically the bumper was warped and kind of bent along the wheel well and fender area. A little heat helped but I can't really see anything. So word of advice, screw the mailman and make him wait while you open and check out the bumper for serious damage.
4. No experience with them. Bought online.
5. No PDC, no headlight washers.
6. E92 328i

The adapters was an add-on for like $10, bought that as well. Decent quality.

Overall, I was worried about the bend/warped area but everything straightened out. I've also heard its better to sand it down and use your own primer as it is cheap. Not sure if its true but I've had no issues over 5 months.

I'm pretty sure almost, if not all vendors get their replica bumpers from the same source in Taiwan. Last year when the factory was down in Taiwan, pretty much all the vendors were out of stock on the mtech rear bumper for weeks.

I got my bumper painted and shipped for like $700 from Umnitza and installed it myself. Perfect paint match and perfect fitment.

I agree that they probably all come from the same place in Taiwan. However, if that is the case, I disagree that fitment is perfect (at least for pre-lci E90 manufactured in 2015). As you can see in my pictures there is a bit of imprecision/gap right below the headlights.
