I'll talk to them again and see if they'll do $65 per person for 3 runs if we can get a minimum of 20 people.
That would be $1300 easy money for them.

The tech costs probably $20 an hour to employ.
Electricity for the day would be another what...$200 at most.
That's $360 cost for them to open and $940 profit.

If it would help at all for the cause, I'll kick in an extra $200. - $300. to put in their pockets to help pursued them into opening up...

Nah, you shouldn't have to do that.

They are a business, and should be in business to serve customers.
If we have 20+ customers willing to pay a fair price, they should do it no problem.

What I'd like to do though is get a proper high velocity fan for them to get the proper amount of air hitting our grilles for doing redline runs on the dyno.
These high velocity fans cost $190

With one (many shops use two) we'd have more appropriate air flow and therefore more appropriate and accurate dyno readings for those pushing 360+ rwhp in there cars.

BTW, did you get an intake yet?

i agree with the fans...

Intake: No this has turned into a pretty funny fiasco.. so plan 1 is out. I will wait for Vishnu to release theirs and grab that once it's available.

Here's the high velocity fan LA Performance needs.

if we do this dyno day soon and get 20 people, if everyone will pitch in $10 I'd order this thing before the dyno day and then donate it to LA Performance afterward.
