Any comment on what speeds I should use for each step?
For cutting its somewhat dependent on how bad the paint is. I'd say 3-4 is a good place to start. For polish 3-4 should also be fine.

I value my time and I grab the DA by its horns and go all out

Note that every detailer has different preferences on pad, compound, and speed

What works well for me on BMW paint:

1. Cut/Polish
Compound | Foam Pad | Speed
Metal surfaces - FG400 | Orange | 6
Plastic surfaces -FG400 | Yellow | 6

2. Polish/Finish
Compound | Foam Pad | Speed
All surfaces - SF4500 | Black/Grey | 6

3. Sealant
Nanocoat (CQuartz, GTechniq C1 + EXO V2, 22ple, Opti-Coat)

I use Griots DA

Griot Garage instead of Porter Cable, if you're going the inexpensive route
1Z windscreen for glass (shits all over Stoner)
1Z cockpit for light interior dash/door cleaning
Menzerna FG400
Menzerna 4000 or 4500
Menzerna Powerlock
1Z Gummi Pfledge for rubber seals
CarPro Eraser to wipe down between polish and wax/sealant to remove polishing oil
CarPro IronX for wheels and paint after claying
Nanoscrub wash mit (wash and clay at the same time, saves a lot of time)
Laquer thinner to remove the shit that claying leaves behind (yes, it works like magic and doesn't harm the paint)
