I reset my iphones settings (General, Reset, Reset All Settings) and now my Tune2Air is working. Also fixed my wireless itunes sync issue.

This does not "wipe" the iPhone, it just resets all of the settings, like unlock password, sounds, wallpaper, etc. All your apps, imessages, e-mail, etc are still kept.

Same problem here mate. 5s, e91 02/2010. Tune2air 3000. Was working for a week then I lost advanced functions after the iOS 8.4 update. I will try the setting reset and get back to you.

I reset all settings and Bluetooth connections and the steering wheel controls came back but not currently playing info. Then I deleted the BMW Bluetooth connection and Spotify worked flawlessly (controls and info displayed), even on artist radio. Then I reconnected the BMW Bluetooth and it kept working. I set tune2air passcode to 0000 and the BMW to 1111.

I gave up on my Tune2Air and went a whole different direction (full audio/video AirPlay):

Much nicer solution. Will be even better once I dump my iPhone for an Android phone the next go around - I've always hated OSx based products and now their iOS line has fallen way too far behind and the quality/reliability has taken a big hit as well.

In order for the track info and music controls to work, you must have at least one song purchased through iTunes and stored locally on your iPhone.
