I`ve also had problems with products that I bought on ebay and amazon before, and most of the vendors just told me to throw it out and that they would ship a replacement right away, which they did.
I`ve had nothing but problems with 2 vendors on here, (one that I think is banned from the site now and the other that keeps getting suspended off and on.) They wanted me to PAY to ship the product(s) back and then they would ship me another product(s), when they were the ones that shipped me the wrong product(s) in the first place. At the end I just gave up with the last one, as it was a pain for him to answer any emails in a decent time, it would take days some times for him to answer an email. I also seen that a lot of members have complains about that vendor on here.
OP you can`t go wrong with those ebay sellers, just look at their feedback (ratings) before ordering. Good luck.
