LOL! Dude listen to your tuner not random members and sales guys on the forums. They're the ones in charge of your tuning not people reading on here. This thread is becoming hilarious!

You can run whatever E% you want on any car. You have a few variables increasing fuel demand; the higher the ethanol percentage, the higher flow of fluid (compared to straight gasoline) is required. The higher the boost, the more fuel is required. So maxed out stock turbos on 100% E85 would net the most fuel demand. Gasoline on a stock ecu map would be the least. You can go anywhere you want between those 2 extremes and adjust the map to suit the equipment you have. When people say they can't use their E50 map on their stock lpfp, it means their map is aggressive enough that it exceeds the flow capability of (at least) the lpfp. So turn down the boost a little and you're fine.

Ultimately, yes, if you're into performance and ethanol, you'll want to upgrade the lpfp. I ran for a year on E50 on a stock fuel system, just not maxed out. Still made good power, just not the most it was capable of with a better pump. When I upgraded the lpfp we turned up the boost a little.

Most of the advice given thus far has been spot on. The OP is JUST NOW choosing to reveal that he intends to handicap his power potential given CPO concerns though. Having said that, how is anyone supposed to answer the original question without knowing all the details ahead of time? lol unrealistic expectations/all aboard the fail boat

I totally get it now thanks for the explanation. I'm glad I made this thread.

I guess I'm not ready for e85 tho. I'm still on dealer runflats. I put on downpipes and my car feel fast enough on the "drive" map. I gotta get used to this power. I already spanked my buddys new 5.0 stang lol

I'll have PTF give me a custom 91 octane for now I'm sure I'll feel a good bump in power and car will be happy
