So, are there fewer electrons used in the new "moderate" flash?

I think it just involves leptons. Boring stuff.

The upcoming QuarkInjector, however, will offer several flavors!

He didn't say which year in March... Maybe March, 2010?

It does not appear in the pre-release euro catalog. Not looking so good. Most disappointing, as a flash would attract tremendous attention and interest in the whole Performance program, as well as to the 335, on top of being a highly profitable item in and of itself (viz Dinan!). I hate slow-boat marketing. Do it now, dammit!

Perhaps they have decided to keep it under wraps until it is bundled in a ZHP package.

Or maybe they've realized that the 335 is too fast already, and they have no interest in killing off potential life-long BMW buyers. Speaking for myself, I never would have survived my youth if my bimmers had had 400 whp. I thought 140 bhp in my modded 2002tii was a scream!

Stressdoc, I echo your sentiments. To think what would have happened to me if my Ford Probe GT had more than 164 HP

I would have thought that this would have come out before the other tune.

Yes. There is a fixed number of electrons to be used per (crank) HP - it's set in stone by some quantum mechanics weird law.

So this is a very good business model. He sells various sizes of bushells with electrons.

I have very little news to report with regard to my experience as I am quite content with the 2 month-old flash, no limp, no CELs, no problems.

Gas mileage parallels near stock performance plus 51+ whp.

A big thanks to my Orientalblue friend, however I remain skeptical until this "vapor ware" is released for general consumption.

Hi Bubbles... No different than my SSTT...

Oh... $1500 extra dollars in my pocket... and 12.7's in the quarter mile as it sits.

Keep Defending Dinan Bubbles... When word get's out the flash is $900... and no different... then what will we say?

Honestly, I think that Dinan chip is pretty awesome. 84 extra horsepower and 121 more torques... The only bad part is the price. If it could be like ~$1,300 installed, then Dinan's Stage II upgrade could be a tad of $2,000.

Dinan's parts are expensive, but they are sick; if you have the money.

Your posts add humor in my life. So a big thank you to you!

Although, I do not share your sense of accomplishment of driving a 1/4 mile straight line with an automatic (takes some of the sport out of it for me), I am happy that you are happy with having the ability to press the gas pedal to the floor and go vooooorrrrrm for a 1/4 mile.
Congratulazioni

You are the ying to my yang.

WoW... thats all too confusing!

All I know is, once you've installed the Dinan flash, thats the last you'll think about it..!

Seems like piggyback owners are light to light, freeway hunting types that just love the serge of their PROcede.... and don't realize that a more refined ECU tune can make that experience.... better!

Anyone picking up, what I am putting down...?
