No matter how you slice it, it's bad form to publicly out someone - especially if negotiations with BMW are ongoing.

Out someone? I didn't realize his legal name, address and dealership were disclosed? Didn't realize any other information that would lead to an identification was listed here.

Don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining. The member chose not to post the info. You, on the other hand, cited a specific, if not darn near unique, incident along with a corresponding time frame. Doubtful that BMW would have any problem sticking a name to the nick. Like I said, bad form no matter how you slice it.

Who knows. Either way, and the ever present mean-spirited attitude of the board notwithstanding, yours is not sufficient reason to be an ass about it.

The thing is, maxboost was surely pushing his car hard. I don't think the blame can be slumped on Vishnu's back entirely. There is always some risk with aftermarket modification.

I probably wouldn't like it if people were tossing rumors around about problems with the car publicly. Just my 2 cents.

I'm just saying that some guy calling himself e46e92love speculating about a guy who calls himself maxboost on an internet forum probably isn't going to make a bit of difference at the end of the day.
You sound more like a man who knows the law than lawdude.

BTW, I would prefer to piss on your leg while its raining so you don't know its piss, and figure its rain, so then your shoes smell like piss and you come on to e90post and complain about the rain smelling like piss
